In a world that looks exactly like our own, ordinary people wake up each morning believing they are living another normal day. They go to work, argue with loved ones, ignore strangers in need, chase money, chase status, and repeat the same habits that have quietly defined their lives for years.
But something is wrong. A mysterious figure known only as Death begins appearing at the edges of their reality. Sometimes seen in reflections, sometimes standing across a crowded street, sometimes sitting silently on a train. No one knows who Death is or why it seems to be following them. Yet whenever someone reaches a critical moral crossroads and chooses selfishness, cruelty, indifference, or fear, their day ends suddenly and violently.
